We do not collect personally identifiable information of any kind from users of the site except in two circumstances: "Tell a Friend," and "Get a Quote." In each of these situations we may, at your option, capture some personal information.
If you choose to use the "Tell a Friend" feature, the e-mail address you supply in the "From:" field will be visible to the recipient when that person reads your resulting e-mail. After the e-mail is sent, we don't save or share the e-mail addresses.
We collect certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for our internal purposes to understand the operation of our site to provide better service. These statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
When you answer advisor questions, your ratings, recommendations, and
certain page views are stored in a way which is not linked to personally
identifiable information. We use this data in aggregate form to provide
marketing and preference analyses to our corporate clients.
This site makes use of cookies, which are small bits of text stored temporarily on your web browser. No personal information is stored in these cookies, as they are used only for the purpose of identifying your session. Our cookies do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you. Other cookies without any personally identifying information may be sent by Google Analytics or other services so that we and/or our traffic partners may gather and analyze site traffic and usage information.
